From what I understand, a medication's half-life is already under-way the moment you ingest it. So in my opinion the best way to determine when it starts passing through your urine, would be to look at the half-life; which is estimated to be about 3.2 hours for immediate release formulas of Oxycodone. I'm not saying this is 100% accurate (as other variables could also come into play), but it's the only thing I've found that seems to make sense outside of pure speculation.

The following article by NIH also notes that (in their controlled study) Oxycodone appeared in urine within 2 hours (a number that isn't too far off from the proposed half-life): ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23609023
