Are you asking about the expiration date? All prescription pills in the U.S. are required to expire no less than on year from the date you have them filled at your pharmacy.

After that they begin to lose potency and may no longer be effective.

Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine, used to treat allergies and insomnia.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and dry mouth.
