Hi hollywood,

According to the FDA, "Buprenorphine's average elimination half-life from plasma ranges from 24-42 hours, and Naloxone's is anywhere from 2-12 hours".

Ref: accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatfda_docs/label/2013/204242s000lbl.pdf

With that said, not only will it depend on how much you took, but also how long you've been taking it for.. or if this was just a one time thing for you?

However you can also use the half life to try and estimate about how long each dose will be most active in your system, because after the time frame of each half life listed above, you're essentially going to end up with "half of what you originally took" and then "half of that remaining half" and so forth...

I hope this helps!

Please keep in mind if you have been abusing oxycodone you must take subzolve for no less then 30 days I suggest 6 months at least. Good luck & God Bless its really works

I have 1 1/2 tablets of the real subutex, then i took opiates a few hours later and didn't feel s*** and everybody says you can still do dope on the regular subs. But i have no clue. Anyways how long should i wait before i try taking the zubsolv bc I'm terrified of making myself sick. Please help if possible! Thanks

Whether subutex suboxone or zubsolv it all makes me puke my guts out regardless. You can take regulars on top of all of these but you won't feel their effects till the buprenorphine or naloxone wears off. Some say that with TeX there's no naloxone you can still feel the effects of other dope but I never could. If I took one pill/strip one day of the week I had to wait at least 4 days without anything before I could get off again. But the buprenorphine is what makes you violently ill, not mixing dope. Nobody ever tells the truth on these things.

The pills the dope is what makes u sick..each person is unique okay. Don't seek validation for a habit online.i was weaning off painkillers after being on them for years. Don't have to take zubsolv for 6 months take it as long as u feel u need it. It is a miracle worker. If u don't want to get off pill dont. If u do then do. Ruined my life. Just took a matter of time. Seek help. Took me 3 relapses detox and admitting to boss friends and fam
.lost my job. It's the devil.

You are correct
I took zubsolve for 2 1/2 days after a year and half of 50mg of Percocets per day on average.
I am 100% feeling normal with no WD.
Everyone's body is different and please understand and BELIEVE that you gotta WANT to quit. The human mind is the most powerful treatment.

I was doing about 8 to 12 bags a day for two months and I was scared to start the zubsolv because I've went into instant withdrawal in the past when not waiting long enough. Well I waited 12 hours and took the 5 mill zubsolv tablet and it worked really well. Believe it or not, the next day I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms at all, (reminder, I took Korea zubsolv). I've been on it for two weeks now and I am very happy with the results. The taste is better and I am not craving dope. I'd say don't be scared, I would usually have to wait atleast 24 hours before doing suboxin. Hope this helps.

It stays in u for 7 to 14 days. I been doing it for 3 years no mater how big of a peace u do. But the more u do the longer it takes. I know some one that was sick for 2 months after stopping but he was doing 3 a day for a year to nothing.

I had the same problem of getting violently ill after taking either subs or zubsolv so I told my doctor and he said that the problem was that I was swallowing my saliva that. So you should try letting the subs/subs dissolve in your mouth the spit out the excess saliva. It worked for me, I don't feel nausea anymore after taking them

Your doctor should have a coupon for you you can only use it 2 times and it gives you 15 tablets for free for up to 30 tablets for free

Obviously everybody's body chemistry is different. When I was on methadone yes it did take well over 72 hours to get off on opiates after my final methadone dose. But to my surprise just about five hours after I ingested an 8mg suboxone strip I was able to achieve my regular effects off opiates. It was NOT psychosomatic either. I will say I had just tried the suboxone once unlike the methadone I was on for approximately nine months. Thing is some people aren't telling the truth about their experiences.

A friend of mine took a half of a zubsol today and was wondering when he would feel the effects of opiates. Today was the only day he took the zubso . I know nothing about any of this.

Re: David (# 1) Expand Referenced Message

Hello all, I'm a freaking idiot for self-treating first with suboxone tablets, then the films, and finally with zubsolv daily for the past 4 years. I should have done more extensive research first. I now need open heart surgery. I've stopped taking the zubsolv 7 days ago, and I am testing to see if normal opiates will work yet. Obviously my receptors are still clogged/blocked. I've taken 15 mg Oxycodone and it does absolutely nothing. I'm experiencing severe withdrawals a week after discontinuing. Scared to death of post operative pain because the pain meds won't work, and even the wrong anesthesia during surgery. The K receptors are still viable, which Tramadol has an affinity for. I'm taking Tramadol now and it is helping with the symptoms of withdrawal. So what's the big problem? I've been taking the Zubsolv illicitly and I have the best relationship ever with my GP Doc. I can't mess up that relationship. I was 59 years old when I finally found this stellar Doctor. And most surgeons have no idea what pain meds to use when an opiate antagonist has been used for such a long period of time. I know that Fentanyl can get through, but I doubt they'd approve it. The half life of naloxone given by every source I've found HAS to be wrong—from experience.

Not sure if anyone answered this question, but today? I had my first Dr Appt with an addiction specialist. He put me on the same dosage ( exact ) and I was feeling terrible as I was trying to wean off of norco Hydocodone. I got the same coupon and it was free for 15 tablets. I went ahead and just took it. No sickness, nothing. Just let it dissolve under your tongoe. Kind of weird, but does work

Abuse is the stem of the blossoming problem no need to name call. Help is what they ask for not to get battered. People as well myself look for an escape from pain why they take painkillers. First don't do drugs if that fails get answers. Learn about it before during and after that helps knowing half the battle yoooo joe

Re: PureNuggetry (# 46) Expand Referenced Message

I have been an addict for 27yrs and never had anything I couldn’t walk away from til I had an injury that lead me to opiates. I started taking more and more to the point where I just broke down and admitted I couldn’t do it myself. I needed help, but I didn’t wanna live like this anymore. I went to treatment and have been on zubsolv for over 2 yrs. I had 10 yrs clean before that hiccup so I know the difference between REALLY being clean and just not picking up your drug of choice. Anyway, I’m supposed to take 5.7mg of zubsolv twice a day but I don’t. I take 1 every 3 days. By the 3rd day I feel so drained and my body feels achy. I feel like I could just stop taking them but should I? And are the withdrawals gonna increase?

Yes to all body chemistry is different. I was on Suboxone for one year then due to insurance change switched over to zubsolve. The Suboxone withdraws when coming off was pretty hard and intense for me. However after one month of zubsolve the withdraw effects are very minor. The key that one mentioned before is Will. I put my faith in Jesus Christ even though I've battled this addition for years. He is my Saviour. Christ is the one that gave me the Will to get off this addiction. I am now on my 5th day and the withdraws are not present. I also added into my supplements something called plexus that helps detox my body daily. With this detox daily it helps get all the icky out of your body before you experience it. So my last month was zubsolve and plexus and now I'm being cleansed through my Lord Jesus Christ. I know some of you may be skeptical of my faith. But maybe you should give Him a chance and watch the wonders take place in your lives. Addiction is an epidemic and I pray for all of you who struggle. God bless you all.

Re: Nickster (# 18) Expand Referenced Message

Its pretty crazy that more people don't tel the truth.. I can go back and forth with about six hours in between and not lose either way. Never had the forced withdrawal from taking zub or subs too soon nor have I not had a desired effect from taking a walk down H-street either. So just like anything else its on the individual.
