How Long Does Suboxone Stay In Your System For A Urine Test (Page 5)

i just need to know how long untill i take a drug test it wont show up in my urine

Subs have to specifically be tested for. It depends on what kind of test they use. Do they send it out or dip it?

that's exactly what the dr told me today when I questioned him about drug tests ... I am in healthcare [ I will leave it at that] and he said MOST drug tests won't pick it up bc it's a special test needed. However unless specifically a violation of employer I would not say a thing about the sub unless it does show then as long as you have your rx in your name you should be fine. Suboxone/buphenprphone is not an opiate nor will it show up as one. It's chemical structure is entirely different and unless you're being specifically tested for Suboxone it's not gonna show. However, it has an EXTREMELY long half life and remains detecrltable in a urine dip test for 10-14 days and up to 30 at the lab.
