How Long Does It Take Xanax To Get Out Of Your System

I took 6 mgs. of xanax yesterday. I don't take them very often, just every once in a while. Will it be out of my system in 5 days? Someone that knows, please respond. Thanks!

Who in their right mind that doesn't normally take Xanax would take 6 mg in a day. Do you know that you can stroke out during withdrawal? See you in the ER

Xanax and other benzodiazepines can take up to two weeks to get out of your system. It depends on how long and how much you are taking to be more accurate. It stores in your body fat, so the less body fat you have the easier it is to get out. It usually takes longer for females since we naturally have more body fat than men.

Oh no! Xanax stays in UR system for up to 30 to 45 days! Better start drinking alot of water to remove the yellow from UR urine. The day of UR drugtest!

No because my drs. don't seem to care. Have ask pcp for help to getting off neurontin, fentanyl patches and Percocet 10 and she refuses to help me. Asked to be hospitalized to help with withdrawal symptoms and was told no by her

Blood tests are rarely utilized for purposes of compliance these days.Drug testing is almost always conducted with first line u.a's,swabs or folicile analysis.If a positive finding is suspected more sophisticated labs such as GCMS are run for confirmation purposes.

I don't take Xanax regularly but, have been taking about 1/2mg a day for the past 2-3 weeks. I also take about 150mg of Oxys per day (for about 2 yrs. now). I go to my pain center for my monthly appt. with a U.A. in 10 days. "Is the Xanax still going to be in my urine"? #GODPLEASEDONTLWTXANAXSHOWUPINMYURINEONMYUPCOMINGAPPT.

Linda G, it sounds as if you need to go to a Suboxone doctor hun... They will help you out. Although unfortunately they are usually hard to get into. Hope you the best. I have been there in opiate withdrawals, they are VERY difficult!!!

It should be gone since u don't take it daily. Bit to be safe. Flush ur system with water and cranberry juice. But no concentrates. 100 percent pure. Cranberry actually. I've done it plenty of times. Give u my word

As long as ur not using g benzo daily. U are all good. I couldn't pass a pee test for a whole month I was taking so many xan flush ur system. U will be fine

No. It takes 14 days to 2 weeks for benzoids to leave system. Depending on what kind of screening they use and how many panels. Blood will definitely show it.

It does NOT take someone who takes a Xanax even once or twice a week... Weeks to give a clean urine. Ok. Maybe not all. I'm 6ft, 181lbs. I would take 2 stx a week. Thur/Fri... Sometimes even.sat as well... Been clean every Thursday when I give a urine. A 15 or so panel lab urine AND am instant. The instant always seems to show the faintest line. There used to it now with me and said it might be something else. But the lab, been passing weekly.

I know this was posted years ago, but I’m replying for anyone who might be considering getting off drugs. Go to a detox center. You don’t need to go to a hospital. Detox centers are perfectly qualified to do this. After all, it’s literally what they do. Your PCP may not feel qualified or experienced enough to manage. Good luck!
