I found this to be very helpful I also didn't see many personal stories either but was looking i took 3 10mg valium then had a ua 3 weeks later and failed im 5'2 and weigh 200 lbs i have been clean for 7 weeks until 2 weeks ago took 2 10mg valium i might be drug tested in 3 days and im very worried they will show up atleast this time i know more and can try to drink lots and lots of water and pray

My doctor gives me percocet for chonic pain, I had neck surgery and my surgeon gave me flexeral and diazipam. Now my doctor won't give me my pain meds I haven't taken the diazipam in almost 2 weeks but my urine keeps coming up positive what can I do to clean my system

Why is it such a big deal with these doctors. You ask for there help and then they point their fingers at you as if your on heavy drugs. I take a pill every once in awhile just to get me through the day. They have no idea how I feel.

Read up about half life's. After 3 days half of the dose taken will be gone. Then 3 days after that the remaining half will take another 3 days to go. Then the remaining half of that will take another 3 days.
For example if your on 20ml after 72 hours your body will have metabolized half of that as waste and you will still have 10ml in ya system. Then 72hr after that the next half will be metabolized as waste and you will be left with 2.5ml. Then again after 72 hr. Half of that 2.5ml (1.25) will still be in ya system. 72 hr after 0.625 will be in ya system. And again 72 hr later half of the 0.625 will be there. That's why when coming off you need to taper gradualy....iv had the standard instant urine dip test and they have shown up four week later. It's all about the HALF LIFE. Methadone has a 72 hr half life and thats why addicts say it a harder to come off coz the withdrawal symptoms last too long as aposed to heroin which only has a 12 hr half life so you can be clean in 10 days if you are willing to put up with the sheer he'll for ten days. If not then methadone offers a very long and drawn out detox which feels like it's never gunna end

Unfortunately, Valium can take up to 30 days to clear your system. This is only for Valium. Other benzos take less, usually under a week. I took a Valium 5mg, I never take benzos, and that one dose was present 14 days later. I'm 5,9 and about 170lb. Either way, Valium has a long half life. Good luck

Xanax will get u through the withdrawal systems. I'm having similar problems with my doctor's. Don't know what the hell is wrong with these doctors they don't understand when u have been on meds for years and then cut u off

Never take valium or klonopin when u get ua's randomly. They are the two benzo's that stay in your system forever and ever!. Only take Xanax. Its out in 2-3 days tops. Don't even think about valium or klonies. Just not worth it. Xanax only if u must take something to chill u out.

I have a pain mgmt appt. in 2 weeks and I have taken four 10 mg valium in 2 days. I am 5'4 and weigh 115 lbs. Will valium show up in urine test? I haven't taken a valium in about 6 months. If I test positive he will fire me. What do you suggest, will it show up and also the test will be done in his office. What do you think, will he be testing for benzo or just hydrocodone that he prescribed? In the office instead of lab will he just want to see if I am taking the hydrocodone and not selling them?

No, it will show up. I took Valium 6 days before a test. The test even tells the Dr. the last time you took it.
If you have a slow metabolism, it will show up longer. Just don't take it if it isn't prescribed to you.
