How Long Does Benzodiazepine Stay In Urine

I weight 105 I'm a little guy and I have a drug test for me to get my suboxone and fprn3 years I've been doing great no mess ups, but my best friends dad just died and an open casket can kill you. Not only have I dealt with two losses in the family this month my live in girlfriend of 5 years cheats on me 2 times in the past 6 months one with my best friend and again during my first stay at my moms in over a year. I'm 23 and have had my life destroyed and fixed the broke again. Instead of turning to heroin or cocaine I decided to take colazepam 3mg for a few days it was a spontaneous decision and homes Y one I don't regret but I can't loose my subs.. I just started therapy and its helping a lot, has anyone been in a a situation like this? I'm scared to be honest but more scared of keeping it quiet from my doctor. Does my worst 6 months of my life juastify my actions? Any doctors out there who can tell me what you'd tell your patients?

I'm so sorry I have no help I'm going through the same exact thing right now I took a few clonazepam Monday now have to try n pass my drug test at the metadone ckinic on Friday any advice how to speed up getting it out ?

I go to the sub clinic and I mess up once n a while and take benzos for a few weeks straight everyday but always stop at least 6 to 7 days before I go to Dr. Last month it must have showed up but only only faint she asked was there anyway benzos could be in my system I said not that I know of. She looked again and said ojmh it must have just been the lighting. It was only 6 days after I took benzos, every other time I stopped 7 days b4 they said nothing about it. So. I guess depending on how much and how long u were taking them for b4 you stopped. Drink alot of water between the time you stop taking em and your drug test.
