How Long Do Tylenol 3's Stay In Your System

i have been taking tylenol 3's for about two months straight i have a drug screen in 18 days should i pass

The active narcotic ingredient in this medication is Codeine and it's usually detectable in a standard urine screen for approximately 5 days, after last dosing.

There is no precise time frame, however, that can be given, because individuating factors will always have an effect, such as your metabolism, overall health, activity levels, fluid intake and etc.

I just took 1/4 of a Tylenol 3 with codine in it for this massive headache I got , it made me feel shaky and I threw up 2 hours after I took it , it didn't help with the headache .. I'm just wondering how long it will last in my system . I don't want this 'ugly' feeling anymore , I never took this pill ever !
