I'm sure you could get methadone which is the strongest but honestly if I was in that much pain I would just go to the king of illegal pain killers which is heroin I know people might think this is a horrible idea but fentanyl and methadone are actually stronger then heroin I'm sure you can get it easily there in the phil ;)

Hey man I'm in NC and I'm short on my fentanyl patches this month. I have one left and I don't get my next prescription til dec 17th. 75mcg or 100mcg would be what I need thanks so much if can help!
