Hifenac Sr Side Effects

I am taking Hifenac sr for past 6 months continuously (one tab per day) for my accute pain on my shoulders & back pain due to spondilytis. There is disk degeneration on C6, C7 & L4 & L5 .
So is it safe to continue this medicine for long? What are the possible side effects?
