This is Clonazepam 1 mg, which is a benzodiazepine derivative with highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, and anxiolytic properties.

The tablet was discontinued. The original NDC was 0093-0833, and the imprint on the pill was changed to TEVA 833 in its final form:
