Glycomet Trio 3

I am diabetic type 2 for the past 16 years & also hypertension medication
I am taking Glycomet Trio 2 before breakfast & Galvus Met 50/ 1000 mg before dinner . While my Post lunch sugar levels are by & large within normal range for my age ( 84 years) my fasting sugar levels are always beyond normal range ( 130/137)
Do I need to change the before dinner medication ( Galvus Met 1000/50)
