Effects Of Being On Glycomet 500, Lipikind And Ecosprin?

Hi, my mother is taking Glycomet 500. She got swelling in her arms and hand, so the doctor prescribed her Glycomet 500, Lipikind 10 and Ecosprin AV 75. Can anyone tell me about the uses and side effects of these medications?
