i have been prescribed thyronorm 100mcg for thyroid problem and glycomet 500mcg for PCOD. Even i had the same problem of irregular periods. Taking glycomet i have it regularly. i hated taking tablets so i stopped taking glycomet and started hitting gym 5 times a week. Now i have my periods regular on time (only on my regular workouts). i recommend compulsory physical exercise for the above problems. I cant recommend stopping others glycomet you should consult your OG.
