Glyciphage Sr 500 & Glycomet Gp 2

i am a diabetic patient since 2 years doctor prescribe glyciphase sr 500 & glycomet gp2 one each tab in the morning before breakfast.Is it wise to take both or can i stop either of one.my blood sugar level FF 104, PP 136
