Is Generic Oxycontin A Pill With M And 595?

I found a pill with M in a box on one side and 595 on the other side. I found it in my sister's room and she used to do Oxycontins and quit, as far as I know. Could this be a generic 40mg Oxycontin? It looks exactly like it but has different numbers. I appreciate any help, thank you.

This tablet contains 40mgs of Oxycodone CR, a generic for Oxycontin. This is a narcotic pain reliever.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation.

If you were worried about your 'sisters' Oxycontin use, it is best to ask your sister directly if she is still taking them, & if her doctor is aware?
Take good care, and remember that Oxycontin medication use can be very addictive, and should be prescribed by a licensed Physician ONLY!!~

MY DAUGHTER FOUND A PILL DESCRIBED JUST AS YOURS IT WAS DARK GREEN AND HAD 596 ONE ONE SIDE AND A 'M' INSIDE A BOX ON THE OTHER IS THIS THE SAME AS WHAT YOU FOUND?

Yes, this tablet also contains Oxycodone, but this one has 80mgs and is a generic for Oxycontin.

A very dangerous pill to find laying around. Please take it to a pharmacist for proper disposal.

yes this pill is a generic form of oxy, my son broke his neck and is on this and when he gets generic it has the M on one side of it as you described. GOOD LUCK MAN

I take oxyconin 10mg for 5 years now and all of a sudden it stopped working.Is this a generic pill I have maybe my pharmacy changed my pill.On my pill on one side reads the number 10 and the othere side readsCDN.Does anyone know if this pill is authentic or generic.

The answer to your question about finding the pill with the M on one side and numbers on the others- that is called a ROXY- roxicontin- its the same thing as any oxycontin, it's just 30mg- oxy's come in 20mg (pink) 40mg(green) & 80mg(blue) the roxy 30mg r also blue but they look different than an 80mg- the Roxy's are like i said basically the same exact type of pill- they come in 15mg and 30mg-
