Gemer 1 Side Effect To Me

I am diabetic and taking medicine for last 6 years. From last 2 years I am taking gemer1 tab asper my doctor"s advice twice daily (morning and night) before half an hour of the food. Now i am getting tierd and some acidity problem, let me know the reason and side effect of the medicine.
