That's a generic Tums, 1000mg calcium carbonate, sold by CVS and other drug stores as the house brand.

TC is correct. It is a generic for Tums.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and dry mouth. I have a bottle of them in our bathroom, since I suffer from GERD.
