For Reversal Of Osteoarthritis
Updatedi am suffering from arthritis of knees since 7 years .it is of grade 2 type. i am administered to take diacerein 50mg daily.i am also taking kondroflex from my side , daily one sachet.
i am also taking primosa 1000mg and calflavone too.doctor asked me reduce weight ....i am 5'2"height and weigh 70 kgs. doctor told me to do some quadricep exercises also.My question is ...is it fine to take all the above medicines ,any side effect .and how to reduce weight also.
