Is this a muscle relaxer only? or is it anti inflam as well?

Yes, this contains Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding.
