Find A Doctor For Benzos In Central Or Northern California

Ill keep this short. Anxiety is ruining my life. I panic on the inside when ever I try to get a new job or even carry on a conversation with people. Even with little things at the grocery store like "hi, which isle is the coffee on?" Anyways, I NEED a job. I don't want to end up homeless but I NEED to be able to function in public. I have activan but am running out and got it from another doctor in another state before i moved to Cali. Can someone point me in the right direction to find a doctor that will understand that not all people can tolerate antidepressants? Antidepressants made my hair fall out, among other side effects. My hair is so thin now, I am almost to ashamed to go in public. I have NO social life what so ever. Someone please help me. Im desperate.

I am very sorry about what you're going through.

Due to the new regulations that were set forth by the DEA last year, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist, so in your case that would mean a psychiatrist.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. IT carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

Do you have a new PCP, yet? Having one that can refer you to someone might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

Maybe you think you need benzos, but Psychiatrists have a whole array of magic drugs as their disposal. There is also a NLP Licensed Trainer not too far from you that can get rid of that for you so you have zero need for drugs. Do you want to depend on drugs or do you want your life back???? She should be able to handle it in a couple of sessions. She was one of my original Trainers waaay back when.
