From what I could gather, Ferro-tab is an iron supplement for those who may be low in iron or anemic.

The only side effects I've found on this supplement is that it may cause nausea, stomach upset, dark stools, and possibly constipation.

If taken as directed, it's possible that you may not even experience these side effects at all.
