I recently had a 6 weeks pregnancy miscarriage. Now i am going to take fefolvit capsule. Is it good for me?

M from pakistan. Age 23, no more specific story. Just wanna know is fefolvit is good for non pregnant lady as well? having iron or folic acid defficiency.
