False Positive For Meth In Urine Negative On Hair
UpdatedThis guy has never used any kind of illegal drug..EVER. Urine test showed positive for meth, he independently retested by urine,was negitive, and then went and did a hair strand test dating back to 90 days earlier, which came back negative. Now, the company didnt inform him of his positive results until 11 days after the original test. So his independent urine test was obsolete at that point, but at least he has another test. They made him sign, at work, a peice of paper called a second chance. He signed under diress, not knowing what to do. He's been with company for 26 years. Randoms few times each year. What should he do now. Thinks he may have a saving grace with the neg. hair test. Is it likely the employer will retract and let things go back to normal?
