Have you taken anything else, including over the counter medications?
There are some others that can cause false positives for Benzodiazepines.

In answer to over the counter no except i took two caffene pills before I went out,it was new years eve. i had taken 30mg of oxycodone 32 hours earlier,and took 10mg of lisinopril (bp) and 40mg flevostatin(?) for cholesteral same day I went out. they took blood and said it contained 47ng/ml of alprozalom (xanax) I've never taken 1 in my life, need to know what could cause false positive,unless it was contaminated in the lab?

What can make u drop dirty for alpralozam I was prescribed it a couple moths ago but now all I take is klodapin suboxone celexa Motrin and roboxin I wanna know if something could make me have a false positive for alpralozam because my job is on the line and I won't have anywhere to live please help me god bless

Go to your pharmacy and have them print a list of over the counter products that if taken will give you a false positive.
