i'm 21 yrs female
old i my hair reduce increasing daily and now half of my hair i losed .... now wat can i do for it shall i take the evion 400 for it plz sir tell is benefit plz .........

Cosuming evion is worthless better take Cabbage, it will give you 5 times benefits.OR take Zinfate tablet ( Zinc Sulphate 200 mg) of Yash Pharma.the benifit is: it increases the sperm count, stops hair loss, We shoulsd know Zinc is very important not Vitamin E. we get vitamin E from many sources like Dal, Vegetables, Fruits etc. but the source of Zinc is very limited.

daily intake of vitamin E is 15 mg, while evion tabelts contain 400mg ...... it is overdose , and is harmful, i think!
