Hello, Khan! How are you?

I didn't find any interactions listed between the Esso and Sert, you should double check with your doctor to be certain, but they should be fine to take together.

Learn more Esso details here.

However, for the Esso to work best, it should be taken just before a meal, not after. The reason for that is to give it a chance to start working, by the time your stomach is releasing more stomach acids to digest your meal.

Is there any way you could make some type of reminder for yourself to take it before breakfast and not afterwards?
