during dental treatment i am using enzoflam

Enzoflam contains the active ingredients Diclofenac, Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) and Serratiopeptidase, it is used to relieve pain and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

I have Tonsil Cancer for about a year now. Inbeetween my Regular Cancer treatment I take Tab. Enzoflam for the pain. Does it cause any bleeading that looks like monthly periods? Does Enzoflam effect the Kidneys or Liver?
