Effects Side Lefra

i suffer secondary sjogren syndrome for 5 yrs and now i got joint pain for 6 months.My doctor(rheumatologist) give me to 20mg LEFRA start today to 6 month.I worried side effect of lefra.can you advise this matter?

i suffer with HLA B27 ankyloasing spondylising for last 8 yrs and now i got joint pain & back pain for last 2 years.My doctor give me to 100mg LEFRA start for 3 days and after that 10mg LEFRA & SAAZ D.S for 6 month.I worried side effect of LEFRA.can you advise this matter?
