Effects Of Tryptomer

I do not think i have side effects but i want to know about it that .iam havung pain from three months in pain mostly right side in heah it feels like weight in head in front of back or middle,side any where but in right side.please is there any one to help me out of this .and this medicine work good it give me some relife .
