hey sasha, im nita. I would love to help encourage u on this quest we are on to gain some weight. i have been taking the ectoplan pills for about 2 weeks now and i really havent seen any changes yet. i don't follow the diet they give me tho because its just TOO much food to consume. but how tall are you??? hopefully we are around the same height as well. I see ur 21 and im 22 so we're close in age. good luck!

i just got my ectoplan today readin from what you guys have said about it...im so afraid to pop in of the pills in my mouth i just hope it will work,,,,and does it really make u pee orange?

pee orange wth? r u trying 2 frighten me? lol. i haven't experience that.

and ppl have to UNDERSTAND that this HELPS u gain weight, u just eat alot and the pills do the rest. Also exercise!! so u wont get a stomach like mine. lol. i do other stuff too, i have a balanced meal, exercise a little and take protein. ETC.....


also i do NOT follow that diet sheet, i;m small framed and eventhough i can eat alot, my appetite isn't THAT huge.

I just purchased ectoplan i've been using it for 3 days.. i don't have a meal plan, i eat like a bird, so I'm hoping this helps.. i hope i do see results in a month.. its really hard for me to eat a lot of food im very thing 5'3 105... im hoping this works.. if anybody wants to do this challenge with me please leave me a message and i will stay in contact with you... we can do it together!!!:) also you ladies should check out blackhairmedia forum.. go to bodytypes they have lots of great info on there!!! see ya there!!

Wow, can't believe there are girls out there who have the same problem as me.
I'm about to be 21, 5 3 and I weigh only bout 100 lbs.
It's annoying to have people tell you Have you ever heard of food? etc. especially when it's your own damn family! lol Well anyways
I just ordered these from ebay. What is the food plan they give you guys with these pills?

Oh and just a heads up..I also ordered some product called scandical. It adds up to 35 calories per tablespoon to foods you eat. http:/­/­store.axcanscandipharm.com/­home.php?cat=3 and i'm also taking this shake called Scandishake. it's pretty tasty 600+ calories (and i take 2 a day). ONLY negative to it is it is expensive as hell!!!

Mel try periactin...this works better. i dont depend on 1 thing 2 work but u HAVE 2 eat nore 2 put the weight on too. don't 4get u need 500 extra cals a day 2 gain a pound...but this ecto works slow. also drink protein shakes etc. eat ppl eat. LOL! these days i;m hardly eating and i've stopped the pills....temporarily.

Ok - I also had a hard time gaining weight - I took Ectoplan and my apetite increased!! I was a little pig- and loved it!! :) It is worth a try!

im on them now im 25 and only weigh 86 lbs im a smoker trying to quit, but what ive noticed is i gain weight fast as long as i dont smoke i tried it for a week and and gained 5lbs then i smoked again but come May 1st im done smoking, i have a pretty modest appitite but i cant stick to the meal plan thats too much food and i dont have the time to eat it all in one sitting lol i dont look sick and im 4'8 all togather but i would like to see improvment in my size shortly
