These are an over the counter vitamin and mineral supplement, thus they are not proven to help you gain weight and there have been no real studies of side effects.

Does anyone else have more information or experience using this product?

i have been on Ectoplan for a week and i have seen results, it's for women. So far, results are slightly showing, cuz it's hard for me to gain weight The ingredients are safe and my mom didn't want me 2 order it, but she checked the ingredients, and gave me the okay 2 go ahead (she's a nurse). I really can't believe that i'm seeing results already and i haven't even been sticking to the meal plan. I usually eat alot and even i can;t manage all that food. I'm petite. I'm 18 f and maybe 96 pounds, 5 ft 2 or 3. my I.D card says 160 cm and i don't have time 2 convert it. lol!! ANYWAY, so the first day when i woke up, i realised my thighs were a teensy bit fuller, then the second day my ass was a little fuller and a little bit more hips were notticed. (thank god) lol. and then the next day my face looked jus a little chubbier, cuz my face is slim and u c cheek bones.lol, (don;t worry i'm not anorexic neither do i look that way.) and gradually my body is getting bigger. I shud say my boobs have gotten the most growth so far. and my ass is fuller and is a bit more meatier and rounder. today would be about the fifth day. with my clothes on ppl may not notice the difference, but me and well my boyfriend and immediate family have commented. my legs have put on jus a bit more flesh, but mostly the upper part, not lower so much. But in general the weight is being distributed all over but so far it's mostly in the feminine areas like boobs, hips, butt, etc. I jus tried 2 b detailed as i cud cuz that's what the thing said. lol Please be as detailed as possible. ooh, i also eat late at night as well, so i guess that helps. I'm eager to see the results in 2 months cuz i have a 2 month supply. i live Caribbean / Latin America. so my uncle in NY ordered it 4 me and mailed it. But i must say that i'm so far pleased with the product.

oh 1 more thing, i'm being completely honest, my stomach has gotten fatter as well, not good. but i dont care right now, cuz i can lose the stomach in no time. As long as i get the desired results. but it can also mean that b.c of genes that happens, doesn't need to b the same results with every1. but i still gave my input. and i'm hard to gain weight.

oh ok. I'm 18 and it's been 9 days since i've started, but i missed 2 days and so i'm getting back on track. I haven't weighed but i know that i've gained. if u read in my posts on the 9th it includes details about the slight results i've seen. I'm slowly filling out. U should follow the meal plan, but i have not followed it strictly. lol. i think it's like 2 much 2 consume. lol. and i have a huge appetite. but that does not mean i'm not eating like crazy cuz i totally am. i only take 1 a day. well that's wat they said anyway. but we must keep in contact. plz tell me if u c any results. we cud like mentor each other. lol. serious. Cuz most of my friends don't have underweight issues, and since we're on the same product... well it might b good for us. but lucky u,u weigh more than me. lol. but what's ur height?

Nah, i don't know anybody else taking them. I found out about it on the internet. and i was jus hoping it wud work. and so far it's ok. But, i really really need to start sticking to the meal plan or trying to eat more, cuz sumtimes i'm so busy that i don't have the time. [sigh], idk. to me things are on a stand still. my weight is fluctuating it's either lower or the same. cuz the pill can only work when u eat alot. gosh, i wana scream. it's like i give up and my body can only take so much. but it's still working bit by bit. but i get so impatient sumtimes. it's like why can't i pay 1000 dollars and let them inject fat into me or do some kinda sh1t and make me BIGGER so that i gain weight. LOL! don't mind my crazyness! i go off sumtimes.

OMG!!! No way! r u serious??? wowww!! now u making me think that i'm not going to put on anymore weight. OK at least finish 2 weeks and weigh urself. see if there is any difference. that is reaalllly unfortunate. well u know how the saying goes, what would work for you does not have to work for everybody else. BTW, what does ur bottle say on it? describe the label.

I started the ectoplan 3 days ago and it seems like I'm losing too or something!! It is too much food to consume!! I think ppl r jus gainin weight b/c they have u over-eating!! It was just cheap and seemed like it would work so i figured why not!! BUT if u seriously wanna gain some weight guys try SUPLIMED SUBSTI- MEAL! It's a protein shake! Not bad at all! I tried it months ago and I gained 4lbs in 1 week!! I didn't keep up with it b/c i hate tasting the same taste everyday but it's a keeper!!

Hey toya did u ever try supplimed substimeal, because I was gonna order ectoplan but I dont like pills so I decided to order supplimed weight gain powder.today is my second day taking it,its really good and it makes me full.
