is Dyazide 37.5 mg ototoxic. I have a hearing loss and need to know is this prescription can cause more hearing loss.

I would prefer to continue with two per day. If is not broken don't fix it. I have done well in the pass with no problems. I am having problems communication with my doctor. I talk by phone to the lady that works in his office or his nurse and not him.

No other medicaion for blood pressure was perscribed.

I have taken Dyazide cap 37.5-25, two per day for 25 yrs. My doctor changed the prescription to one per day. I am 1000 miles from home until June l. I last saw him in Oct. 2005. Should this happen without explaintion.
