UpdatedIs there any medicin (except hearing aids)which can help in regaining hearing especially in elder persons.
Hair can be grown,hearts can be replaced,kidney can be replaced in fact except for regaining hearing loss all parts in body can be cured as per modern medical research but no progress regarding growing hair cell in human body has been made.Is it due to hearing aid lobby.
