Drugs For Nerve Pain

a really good drug for nerve pain is neourotin or gapabentin (same thing) i may be spelling wrong. but it does wonders. your welcome.

I am starting to wonder what is wrong with me even more because Gabapintin 600mgs does nothing at all for my pain from a frostbitten foot compounded by electrical shock while standing in some water while plugging up a buffer from a 220 volt socket Plus for some reason doctors here in Indianapolis don't have a clue as how to treat my problem. I wonder why none of them offered me any of the first medication you talked about

It did nothing for my nerve pain too. It also made me crazy with brain zaps.

As with any medication, Neurontin (Gabapentin) does not work for everyone that tries it. We are all different, so what works well for one person might not work for someone else.

I have several bottles leftover from when I tried it, using various doses, and dosing intervals to give it an honest try, but it did nothing for my nerve pain, so I stopped taking it altogether. Additionally, after about a week into taking it, I'd experience terrible side effects, such as dizziness, headaches, and back pain that was worse than the pain I started taking it to treat. The FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, anxiety, memory issues, heartburn, weight gain, and ear pain.
