There are quite a few products that carry the Zicam name, so these questions actually can't be answered, without knowing the specific one that you're asking about.

You can learn more Zicam details here.

As you can see in the information at the link I've provided, it's actually a family of products, most of which used Zinc in them, but since they have different ingredients, more details would need to be known to see if it's safe to use with any given medication.

If anyone would like to post with more details on the specific formulation, I'll gladly see what I can find for you.
