Drug For Underweight

Hi, I'm 22 years old, I stay in Nigeria, I'm 5.9ft tall and I weigh 43kg which makes me severely underweight. I'm also very skinny and I'll like to be fatter though I have always been skinny all my life. Are there drugs I could use to this effect with less side effects.
