Generally, they are given 2mgs to 5mgs, per pound of body weight, doses every 12 or 24 hours. So, your dog should be getting 180mgs to 450mgs following the dosing schedule of your veterinarian.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, drowsiness and diarrhea in dogs.

Have one adult dof approximately 50lb and her pup approximately 15lbs they both came in with kennel cough how much doxycycl HYC do they need any help would be appreciated thank you.
