Based on the description provided, I can confirm your pill to be Doxycycline hyclate (100 mg).

Doxycycline is frequently used to treat chronic prostatitis, sinusitis, syphilis, chlamydia, pelvic inflammatory disease, acne, rosacea, and Rickettsial infections.

Hi Jonathan,

I didn't find any information about this drug being used for tooth aches, abscess, or mouth swelling. However if you're looking for something that is used specifically for those indications, I would suggest Clove Essential Oil, particularly from the brand called Young living.Clove oil can take care of those on the spot just by brushing your teeth with a drop of it or rubbing a drop on a swollen area. I urge you to look into it more as it is only around $17 and it can last months with mild use. best of all it is natural with many other beneficial side effects.
