Dolotandax would be the name brand, Naproxen and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen are the active ingredients.

They are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, used to treat pain and swellling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
