he estado con dolor en rinon derecho por mas de tres meses me diagnosticaron pielonefritis termine el tratamiento pero el dolor sigue igual

me han hecho muchos ultrasonidos y rayos x y salen normal, no inlamacion, no calculos...despues el urocultivo salio normal...pero el dolor es fuerte y no se quita para nada, ni los narcoticos lo quitan completamente...
