I have no idea if you can get it in America since it was prescribed at the time I was in Mexico. However, I've never seen anything like it here. Sublingual items are usually found in wholistic-type medical practices.

I just had major oral surgery done in Mexicali, MX. I basically had my lower jaw filet'd and partially ground down. This was done yesterday around noon. It is now 10 PM and I have had no pain at all and just took my 4th pill. I was prescribed 1, 3X daily for 4 pills then switch to Motrin, but have not needed that dosage. This stuff is awesome. If only the FDA would get their collective heads out of their backsides, we could get some decent meds here.

So glad you had such relief with this medication. Just be sure you heed the words of JT Taylor below. Long term use is not recommended. You can, of course, reduce your dosage as the need is lessened. Best to you!

Dolac is the best I have endometrosis and migraines! This is the only med that takes my pain away

I was prescribed one 30mg sublingual at every 8 hours for two days for two wisdom tooth extractions, but had to take another in 6 hours after the first because the pain was unbearable. Two hours after the second dose, it's worked like a charm. I've read 120mg is the max per day, which makes more sense than 40mg, since each tablet is 30mg.

This is as true and succinct as can be. We travel to Mx for dental and optical treatment. The most difficult "thing" we have found, is that the Mx physicians genuinely care about your health. There is also the issue of "Mexican time", which takes a little getting used to, but take time to relax and be looked after by very caring and capable people.

I was in excruciating cavity pain wit alot of infection that was unbearable one day. I went to Mexico(Progreso) the next day, and the dentist prescribed penacillen, Mesulis, and Dolac. Anti-biotic, pain reliever, and anti-inflammatory. I spent less than $30 US on the meds, and 2 extractions for $150. The meds are great, and I can't find a dentist in the US to work on my teeth because of the swelling and infection. I instantly felt relief of the pressure when I had them both removed, but the medications are definitly working awesome! !

In Arizona we have a drug called Torodol. It is ketorolaco.

I don't think you can buy them here in the states n if you don't have a prescription...I just went to Mexico n bought 6 boxes.. They work great!!

I doubt it. I just saw an ad on google for 39 pills but can't find it again. Was just prescribed this in Mexico, border town near Yuma Az.

I just had all my top teeth pulled in Monterrey Mexico and will have implants placed in months. The Doctor has been fantastic , explained everything in detail and was not cheap about administering ample anesthesia. I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain but half way through the procedure he placed a Dolac 30mg underneath my tongue, upon completion of the procedure I was prescribed four more Dolac 30mg and 20 -10 mg. As God as my witness I only had to take 2 more Dolac 30 mg. I have not experienced and further pain and do not intend on taking any further medication. The Dentist name is Jorge Alonzoguerra in Monterrey Mexico. My procedure for Implants will be $10,000 American dollars versus $30,000 in the USA. Please check him out ! Why are American Dentist so expensive? Answer, because the American lawyers, insurance companies and the Dentist have figured out a way that all three entities can have yachts and villas in the French Riviera. All blame each other but all enjoy the fruits of the scam. Dentistry is not Rocket Science folks!

I had a complete knee replacement. After 8 weeks I am still in pain and I was given Dolac for a different leg problem. I am on tylenol now but it does not help much.
