I just started taking the pills. I have been on and off because I don't like taking diet pills...I'm always leary. The times I have taken the pill, I have felt ok. My sister loves these pills and has lost 20 lbs in about 1 1/2 month. She states she has no side effects other than being thirsty for water. I will start taking them and stop as soon as I reach my goal. I am also excercising. I only want to lose about 20 lbs total. I will document my progress here :)
