Doctors Who Will Prescribe Pain Medication South Carolina

Back pain and nothing seems to help except opioids
I'm looking for a doctor that will prescribe opiates for chronic pain and help me with a physical therapy program

I am in Summerville SC. The doctor who was writing my script for pain meds due to multiple back surgeries, went to Nicaragua. I need to find a new doctor. Any advice would be soooo much appreciated. Thank you.

You have probably. Found a Dr. By now, but I have recently fro that alto of Dr's.At MIUSC-help with all that you are seeking. I cannot go BC I can there barely drive!

I have recently moved to South Carolina and can't find a pain doctor that will keep me on my monthly pain meds. They all just want to do injections (and other procedures that cost me a lot of money). I've already been there and done that. Did you ever find someone? Please help!

Dr Nancy Lembo in Summerville is a well educated and factual in her pain management clinic. You have to call and fill out an application. Do not be using any street drugs. Only be on what you are prescribed. Also, you must have documentation showing you have tried numerous treatments. She is helpful and may suggest pain shots and other advanced treatments. Do not turn up to just get pain pills, that is not the way it works.

I have been on the same medications for 11 years. I have been on depression medication, pain medication, anxiety medication, an inhaler and also medication for muscle spasms. I have ADHD. I have arthritis. I have bad bone spurs in my neck. My C7 is fractured in my spine. I have carpal tunnel. I have severe post-traumatic stress disorder and it is hard for me to find a doctor who can just write me the same medications I've been on for the past 10 years and that's all I want. Can somebody please help me? I am from Summerville South Carolina. {edited for privacy}.

Try Dr. Marshall Allen White in Mt. Pleasant. He charges $450-$500 UPFRONT but he hooked me up with #450 and later #600 after someone almost killed me in a car wreck. I worked my ass off to get off the methadone after it stopped working (like any drug that is taken on a regular basis) and when I got down to #2 10 mg pills a day. I was telling him every month that I wanted to get off the methadone and have something I can take WHEN I ACTUALLY NEED IT instead of taking it not to feel like crap.

I asked him if he could write 90 perc 10 mg's a month and he said he would only write 60. This is the same doctor charging $500 for the first visit. He is only open twice a month! He must be getting heat because he was writing oxy's, roxy's, and I'm not sure about Opana. OH YEAH, by the way, the doctor charges $200 a visit!!! He was an a**hole when I finally got off the methadone and wanted something to bridge me from the last 20mg's of methadone with roxy's or something. He said that he could give me my $200 back and leave me with a script of #60 10 mg percs. I said ok and then I told him he was a shady f*** that didn't give a damn about any patients unless they didn't have the money upfront.

I know he has to be getting a lot of heat because I know at least one of his patients died but he was taking other drugs than the BUNCH of oxy 80's and roxi 30's and he was getting adderall from people on the street but he is no longer with us. Best of luck because I can't find anyone in the greater Charleston area that will write me just pers or hydrocodone and I have had 2 back surgeries. Then I was hit head on by a big ass van in my Prius and broke my kneecap in hald and the patella tendon below the kneecap broke off, I broke all 4 fingers and have a plate in my hand with 2 screws on each side of my hand. Plus I have C-6 & 7 of my neck that I don't even bother mentioning because everything else hurts too bad that I forget about it until I get "stuck!" Also broke my collar bone 4 years ago on my motorcycle.

PLEASE let me know if anyone knows a doctor that will write #60 - #90 percs or loratabs, norcos....anything I can take to sleep more than 4 hours in a chair every night. I would greatly appreciate it. Oh yeah, if they make you sign a "pain contract" can cannabis be tolerated??? I would never sleep or relax without it. Dr. Marshall Allen White lets you smoke cannabis while being his patient but will toss you out for any other street drugs, which worked great for me until I was sick of going to a narcissist doctor like him! But it seems that some are desperate. If this is the case, try him out and you will speak to a guy named Jon who does the scheduling and payments. ASK JON EXACTLY what you want to ask the doctor and he can give you advice. He is just before you get to Sullivan's Island on the left side of Coleman Blvd. Let me know how it went. {edited for privacy}.
