I can not find a dr local to prescribe Benzodiazepines I have anxiety and muscle spasms

Wanna send me your drs info? Highly appreciated I have back problems which require benzos for muscle spasms also and it sucks ! I get massages and that helps but too expensive I also have panic disorder and generalized anxiety and my dr won’t go up from 1mg
