Disa Drug Testing For Marijuana

Failed disa urine screen for marijuana, went threw the substance abuse program, waited 40 days and took another urine screen to return to work, but still have marijuana in my test results. So my question is will they make me take the substance abuse program again because it takes so long for marijuana to clear my system?

My boyfriend took a hair follicle test with disa and failed but he does not smoke marijuana. Is there any chance for it to come back a false positive? What can we do to fix this?

Not really anything you can do. They should have given him a number to call to return to 'active duty'. When he calls this number they will tell him where he can speak to a local drug counselor. He will have to visit that counselor for a consultation, they will then direct him to an alcohol and drug awareness program. Even after completing these requirements, there is still a 6 month suspension from being able to retest and be considered 'active duty'. I went through this two yrs ago. I am now going through it for a second time. The first time I went through this, I was unemployed (not drawing unemployment) and smoked while hanging out with friends. 2 months later I got a new job, passed my pre-employment UA, then was sent 3 days later to do a hair follicle, I failed (it goes back 3 months). After returning to 'disa' facilities for work, I was subjected to several follow ups from DISA. All of them required me to be observed. I was just subjected yet again a week ago to an observed test, was made to strip completely down while this weirdo gazed at my... 'stream'. I just got word today that I have failed for marijuana. I requested a hair follicle, as I haven't smoked nearly since the first incident. But, there is nothing you can do to fight it. There have been all sort of lawsuits against DISA for false positives, but they are not a 'drug testing' company, so they aren't liable for false positives. Even those that have proven with a hair follicle that they hadn't partaken in drug use after failing a DISA UA, cannot get the 'fail' from the database. Good luck.
