I am interested in knowing more about dihydrocodone. I saw it offered as a pain reliever on an international pharmacy web site and I had never heard of it before. I would appreciate any information you might have about it.

It does not seem this is available in the US. none of the American databases have any information on it. It is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, so it should not be taken without a prescription. Self-diagnoses can be very dangerous.
If you have pain and need something for it, please see your doctor.
