Dicorate Er 500 Side Effects Kills Human

Our known 15years child taken Dicorate er 500 more than 2 years. And then last week admit because of Low plate cells in blood and causing Dengu fever. After a day doctors informed his Liver completely damaged. and then Kidny also become failure so no more else.
4days before we buried him to move to god.

My sincere question, is Dicorate er 500 cause this death?
