capsule, with the letter L on the dark blue side, and 6 on the light blue, and a series of white dots on the gray band in the middle. Flat sides all around the capsule to prevent it from rolling.

This is a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it's used to treat pain and help induce drowsiness.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache.
