does cyboxin show in the blood like an opiate?

I believe the drug you are referring to is Suboxone and yes, it does show as an opiate, because it is an opiate.

It is not a detterent, it contains an ingredient (neutralizer) that prevents people from getting and results, such as a high or energy rush, if they take other opiates while they are taking it.

Since is an opiate, that just does not have the same side effects as other opiates, it also prevents withdrawals. But yes, it is still an opiate and will show up on such tests as one.

Suboxone is a synthetic opiate. It is only detected in urine or blood when specifically tested for suboxone. Naloxone, the neutralizer, is a drug that turns off opiate receptors and precipitates withdrawal. It is only active if suboxone is abused and injected IV
